You’ve seen him on TV as the head painter of West Coast Choppers on Monster Garage. Today, Pete “Hot Dog” Finlan remains hard at work creating one-of-a-kind trucks, hot rods and a whole lot more in his own shop, Hot Dog Kustoms.
